Internationally designed Modular Operation Theatres
Operating theatres at Columbia Asia are designed to conform to international accepted ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning) Standards. All Major Operating rooms and delivery suites are installed with Hepa Filter and laminar flow system. All major OR’s are installed with active scavenging system in accordance to international standards.

Electronic Medical Records system (EMRD)
Columbia Asia provides fully digitized data to the patients and to its stakeholders (TPAs, direct clients, physicians). EMRD ensures total online reporting for pathological tests, digitized radiology, picture archiving (PACS) capability, online authorizations, paperless patient records, digitized patient signature on the final bills, privileged access to the provisional bills, case history and relevant case sheets during the patient stay in the hospital. All this ensures total transparency and expeditious processing of the payment claims.

Yearly Credentialling and auditing for all medical personnel
Columbia Asia has instituted a policy of self-check and internal appraisal for its medical and para-medical personnel through their periodic credentialing and assessment by its Medical Practices Committee. The criteria of assessment are parameters like hours of trainings attended, CME- hours attended, case discussions, patient testimonials, etc .
